Strategi Perencanaan Karir Pada Mahasiswa Untuk Memastikan Kesuksesan Yang Profesional

Abstract


Career planning is very necessary, especially in the increasingly fierce and unavoidable competition in the world of work in competing for available job positions. This research aims to find out how career planning strategies are owned by students as an effort to ensure their success and professionalism in the world of work. The method used in this study uses a literature review by collecting data from a number of journal articles from google scholar and semantic scholar. The results obtained from the literature review show that there are factors that influence the existence of career planning strategies ranging from internal and external which include relationships, knowledge, skills, understanding of self-concept, experience, self esteem, and socio-economics. Students in ensuring their success and professionalism are influenced by several aspects such as understanding of self, understanding of work, and also the ability to reason logically and systematically.
