Abstract
Abstract
The role of religiosity is very much needed in developing the resilience of teenagers living in Islamic boarding schools. Teenagers are expected to be able to withstand the pressures that exist in Islamic boarding schools so that they are able to undergo the learning process well. Being away from their parents, being asked to be independent and be responsible for what they do and being expected to be able to adapt well is a pressure in new students at Islamic boarding schools. Religiosity as a determining factor that can influence resilience in adolescents. Religiosity is very necessary as a solution for students when solving obstacles and problems within themselves. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of religiosity on resilience. The subjects of this research were 100 teenagers who lived in Islamic boarding schools using random sampling techniques. The analysis technique uses the SPSS 27 correlation test which shows a calculated r of 0.512, p = 0.001 (p <0.005), meaning that it has a significant or strong influence between the religiosity variable and resilience.
