Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Otentik terhadap Kepengikutan Otentik: Sebuah Kajian Literatur

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan otentik terhadap kepengikutan otentik. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah melalui kajian literatur terkait kepemimpinan otentik dan kepengikutan otentik. Hasil kajian literatur berhasil mengidentifikasi sepuluh cara terkait bagaimana kepemimpinan otentik berpengaruh terhadap kepengikutan otentik. Cara tersebut yaitu role modeling, trust and psychological safety, value alignment, empowerment, feedback and development, authentic communication, encouragement of individuality, emphasis on personal growth, ethical leadership, dan shared vision and meaning. Hasil penelitian ini perlu ditindaklanjuti dengan penelitian empiris terkait pengaruh kepemimpinan otentik terhadap kepengikutan otentik.
