Abstract

This research explores the intersection of business sustainability and strategic management by examining the role of Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) and Business Model Canvas (BMC) in the success of sustainable business practices in a chicken farm (two daughter farm). The purpose of this research is to understand how these two strategic tools contribute to the sustainability of the farm, and to analyze their implementation and impact on the farm. The research used a qualitative approach, with case studies and in-depth interviews to better understand real-world practices. The results show that blue ocean strategy (BOS) and business model canvas (BMC), when effectively integrated, can provide innovative solutions for sustainable business models, focusing on profitability, differentiation and value creation. This research confirms the importance of aligning strategic decisions with sustainability goals, providing practical implications for businesses looking to grow in an environmentally and socially responsible way.
