The influence of compensation. Work motivation, and diciplineon employee performance in the company manufacture

Abstract


This research aims to analyze the influence of compensation and work motivation on employee performance in manufacturing companies. Analysis was carried out using the method Systematic Literature Review. The research results show that there is a positive influence of compensation on employee performance and there is a positive influence of work motivation on employee performance and there is a positive influence of discipline on employee performace.
